USTA Junior Team Tennis is a program based on participation and sportsmanship. . . not exclusively on winning.  The USTA/HPS is committed to the development of the self-esteem of each player.  Sportsmanship is a high priority and players, coaches and parents are expected to aspire to the highest standards of fair play, positive attitudes and responsible behavior
