Comment by Darin Zerbe on December 17, 2011 at 2:31pm All of this can be corrected once you establish kinetic chain between lower and upper body. The head doesn't dip while your running and incorrect footwork at contact will force the upper body to dip and stretch to the contact point forcing the head to tilt.
open stance and jumping/acceleration corrects this and micro adjusts you for optimal contact:)
